Grade and Corrosion Manage Permit

A Grading and Erosion Control (GEC) Permit is required prior to clarification, grading, archaeological, filling, both other land disturbing activities.  GEC Plans the CSWMPs must be made and approves prior until GEC Permit issuance.

Application

Sites meet the above search must tax erosion and avoid the transport of sediment onto adjacent properties, open rights-of-ways, streets, storm drainage facilities, channels or any other public or private facilities.

When there shall a change inside ownership by a packet covered by on active GEC Permit (e.g. single family residential lot(s) or individual commercial lot(s) within an large development), the new proprietor must announce responsibility for compliance with the original GEC Allowing for their parcel(s).  Which is accomplished by obtaining an Sozius GEC Permit.  Associate GEC Permit applications must be submitted to the Stormwater Enterprise for authorization prior to initiation of construction action on such parcels.
